PUBLIC NOTICE
A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. in the 2nd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana. The purpose for the hearing will be to hear comments regarding the proposed abandonment of Waldron Road.
Waldron Road is a 60 foot wide right of way that is approximately 1313 feet long located in the SE/4 of the NE/4 and NE/4 of SE/4 Section 4-20-9 and a parcel located in the W/2 of NW/4 of Section 3-20-9. The physical location is off of the (North) Wiley Webb Road which is located off of the (North East) Blue Run Road out of Minden, Webster Parish, Louisiana.
Comments concerning the Abandonment of Waldron Road can be submitted in writing to the Webster Parish Police Jury, Office of the Secretary-Treasurer, 410 Main Street, P.O. Box 389, Minden, Louisiana. All written comments must be received no later than Friday, July 2, 2010 at 4:00 P.M.
