5. FY 2010 – 2011 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Application:
A- To adopt a Citizen Participation Plan / Citizen Complaint Procedure and to appoint Ronda Carnahan Citizen Complaint Officer
B- Approve Public Facilities Application
C- Authorize Charles Walker, President to sign documents for procurement and selection of Professional Services
6. Board Appointments for Doyline Waterworks District #1
A-To appoint Warren N. Pearson, Jr. reappointed to a one (1) year term –July, 2010
B- To reappoint Betty Ballard reappointed to a three (3) year term – September 2012
7. Approve Juror travel expense
A- NACO Convention in Nashville, TN on July 24-28, 2009
8. Budget Amendments – June 30, 2009 for WPPJ Operating Budget
9. Governmental Agreement
A- WPPJ and Webster Parish Sheriff to provide housing for parish prisoners.
