The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

CALL TO ORDER:
1. Additions to the agenda.
2. Adopt the minutes from the February 2, 2010 Intergovernmental Committee Meeting, the February 2, 2010 Road Committee Meeting, and the February 2, 2010 Regular Meeting.
3. Approve invoices for payment: Tuesday, March 9, 2010
Steve Duggan, Daniel Thomas, and Charles Walker
4. Award Timber Bids opened February 25, 2010 for first cut at the Penal Farm property
5. Board Appointments:
A. Shongaloo Fire Protection District #9- To appoint Don Campbell to a 2-year term.
B. Cotton Valley Fire District # 8- Resolution from Town of Cotton Valley to appoint Herman Coleman for the Town of Cotton Valley.
6. Cooperative Endeavor Agreement – WPPJ and SWID
To ratify action taken December 2009
7. Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement
WPPJ and Webster Parish Sewer District #1, relative to the expenditure of LCDBG Funds
8. Approve travel to Annual Legislative Day on April 14, 2010.
