NOTICE OF MEETING

            A Road Committee Meeting has been called immediately following the Administrative Committee meeting that is called for 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 6, 2010 in the 3^rd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana.

            The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Drainage issues on parish roads, discussion of Landfill Road, and any other matters pertinent to this committee.
