PUBLIC HEARING:    To hear comments concerning the Release of Servitude of Webster Parish Right of Way, specifically McMan Road WP# 133A, located off of Middle Road – Section 32-Township 19N – Range 8W.

1. Additions to the agenda.

#8- To adopt a procurement policy procedure for compliance with the LCDBG program

#9- To Advertise for Official Journal for July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 

        2.  Adopt the minutes from the April 5, 2011 Administrative Committee Meeting, the April 5, Road Committee Meeting, the April 5, Regular Meeting, and the April 21, 2011 Special Called Meeting and Public Hearing. 

        3.  Approve invoices for payment:  Friday May 9, 2011

        4.  Resolution:  To adopt a Resolution ordering and calling a special election to be held in the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana, to authorize additional homestead exemption for certain disabled veterans and surviving spouses; making application to the State Bond Commission in connection therewith; and providing for other matters in connection therewith. 

        5.  Resolution:  of Support to extend the State Commercial Tax Credit Program (Historic Tax Credit Act) that would benefit the Main Street programs in Minden and Springhill.

        6.  To approve the release of servitude of Webster Parish Road # 133A, the McMan Road. 

        7.  Webster Parish Police Jury appointment to the Human Services District.

        8.  To adopt a Procurement Policy Procedure for compliance with the LCDBG program.

        9.  To advertise for Official Journal for July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012
