  1. Adopt the minutes from the March 6, 2012 Road Committee Meeting, the March 6, 2012 Regular Meeting;  March 13, 2012 Public Hearing; March 16, 2012 Special Meeting, and the March 28, 2012 Workshop Meeting .

 

  1. Approve invoices for payment:  Thursday, April 9, 2012

  4. District #2 - -- Town of Cullen, scoreboard at ball park, $1,200.00 and City of Springhill $500.00 for misc. repairs (faucets, park benches, etc)
  5. District #4 – JP/Constable convention expense – Hardaway, $475.00

 

  1. Resolution, - Evergreen Fire Protection District, Approving holding election- tax renewal

 

  1. E-911 Board Appointment: 

Take action on request for resignation of David Camp, Fire Dept. representative to board and to consider the request of E-911 Board recommendation to replace Mr. Camp.

 

  1. Ordinance #995 Amended—to amend the Shongaloo FPD Ordinance to set the boundaries.

 

  1. Resolution of Proclamation:  Webster Parish Fair Housing Month

NOTICE OF MEETING

 

 

A Road Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rdfloor meeting room of the Webster Parish Police Jury, Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana. 

 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following items:  Community Services Transportation Grant at the Police Jury Bayou Avenue Yard; Wildlife and Fisheries,  Municipality Request, Policy recommendations, and any other items pertinent to the committee.
