1. Adopt the minutes from the June 5, 2012 Intergovernmental Committee Meeting, the June 5, 2012 Road Committee Meeting, and the June 5, 2012 Regular Meeting.

1. Approve invoices for payment:  Monday,  July 9, 2012

1. North Webster Industrial District- request two street signs for Inducto Way and Incendere Drive within the Industrial District- NWID will pay all expenses-signs, poles, labor.

1. Resolutions- The Town of Cotton Valley request delivery of a load of cold mix with the cost taken from Municipality funding for Cotton Valley.

1. Beer Permit – To approve a beer permit for LaFogata Mexican Restaurant at 26026 Hwy 371 North Ste. A, Sarepta, LA.

1. To ratify Resolution #007-2011 in support of Tiburon Contract for location at Camp Minden.

1. Appointments: 
2. Sparta Commission:  To reappoint Steve Lemmons as the Webster Parish Police Jury representative to serve on the Sparta Commission.
3. Fire Protection District #4 to reappoint Mr. James Allan Strickland to a one year term ending 3/2012.

1. To approve expenses to the Louisiana Police Jury Association Black Caucus Meeting for one Juror on June 15-June 17, 2012 in Lake Charles, LA.

1. To call for a Public Hearing on August 7, 2012 to consider levying or adopting the adjusted millage rate and rolling forward to a millage rate not to exceed the prior year’s maximum.

1. Approve Recreation Funding:
2. District #12 for WP Fire District #3 – Doyline $500.00 for uniforms.

1. RESOLUTION:  To approve a Resolution to hold an election in the Evergreen Fire Protection District and to authorize the levy of a special tax therein.
