PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments adoption of Webster Parish Ordinance # 1006, which sets the franchise fee to be paid by those entities providing cable or video service outside of the municipalities of Webster Parish?

3.     Adopt the minutes from the April 2, 2013 Administrative Committee Meeting, the April 2, 2013 Road Committee Meeting, the April 2, 2013 Regular Meeting, and the April 24, 2013 Special Meeting.   

4.    Approve invoices for payment:  Tuesday, May 9, 2013: Steve Lemmons, Bruce Blanton, and Vera Davison

5.     Altec Environmental – Concerning Conversion of existing SWD site.

6.    Minden Branch, NAACP – Rev. Kenneth R. Wallace 

7.     Adopt Webster Parish Ordinance # 1006- Concerning franchise fees on cable or video service.

8.    Approve alcohol permit for Springhill Country Club

9.    Approve sealed bid for the McIntyre Community House property

10.   Approve Recreational funding:

        1- District #2        Purchase chairs for the Cullen Senior Center-- $265.16

        2- District # 2       Purchase Air Conditioner for Cullen Senior Center - $699.00
