4.    Adopt the minutes from the April 2, 2014 Administrative Committee Meeting; Road Committee Meeting; and Regular Meeting; also the April 25, 2014 Special Meeting.

5.     Approve invoices for payment:  Friday, May 9, 2014 – Steve Lemmons, Bruce Blanton, and Vera Davison.  

6.    Adopt Resolution:  Ordering and calling a special election to be held in Webster, to authorize the levy of 2.78 Millage Renewal for 10 years for maintaining and operating and improving WP Courthouse and Annex, Health Unit, and Ag. Extension  Service.

7.     Adopt Resolution:  Approving the holding of an election in FPD#2 Sibley to authorize the levy of special tax.

8.    Call for a Public Hearing to hear comments concerning the adopting of millage rates for the Parish of Webster on June 3, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the 2^nd floor WP Courthouse, 410 Main St. Minden, LA   71055.

9.    Approve advertise for the Legal Journal to be approved in June.

10.   Approve Amendment and Modification of Lease Agreement- Regions Bank

11.    Approve contract extension for IBTS for building dept. services, flood plain services, and computer software(building code).   

12.   Adopt Cooperative Endeavor Agreement- City of Minden--

13.  Approve Recreational Funding:
