3.    Adopt the minutes from the September 1, 2015 Administrative, Buildings and Grounds, and Road Committee Meetings; the September 1, 2015 Regular Meeting; and the September 28, 2015 Special Meeting.

Correction to September 1, 2015 Road Committee Meeting- change in VIN# for surplus truck.

4.    Approve invoices for payment:  Friday, October 9, 2015:  Jim Bonsall, Jerri M. Lee, and Allen Gilbert.

5.    Cultural Crossroads, Chris Broussard and BCBS Angel Foundation representatives

6.    City of Minden, Mayor Tommy Davis and James N. Graham, CEcD- Economic Development Director.

7.    Review, Appeals and Certification of the Tax Rolls, Webster Parish Assessor, Morris Guin              

8.    To Certify the Tax Rolls as presented.

        District #9  $800.00 to build fence and for van repair   WP Council on Aging

11.  Approve Board Appointment:

        a.  Cullen Fire District # 6- To appoint Mr. Bobby Dodson as Board Chairman to replace Mr. Ted Owens.

12.  Introduce Webster Parish Police Jury Ordinance #1011-A , to Merge Precincts and to call for a Public Hearing to be held November 3, 2015 at 10:30 p.m.

13.  Approve 3^rd quarter budget amendments.

14.    Webster Parish  “Off System”  Bridge Systems annual requirements for 2013:
