Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of COTHREN,

GRAFF, SMOAK ENGINEERING, INC. upon payment of $ 35.00 for each set, which is refundable to

prime bidders within 10 days after receipt of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for

just cause.
