The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the adoption of the 2010 Operating Budget for the Webster Parish Police Jury.

                1.  Additions to the agenda.

2.   Adopt the minutes from the November 3, 2009 Buildings and Grounds Committee Meeting, the November 3, 2009 Road Committee Meeting, the November 3, 2009 Regular Meeting, and the Special Meeting November 20, 2009. 

                3.    Approve invoices for payment:  Wednesday, December 9, 2009

5.      Approve the 2010 Operating Budget as presented

8.      Board Appointments:

1-       Dixie Inn Fire Protection District #7   Appoint Gary Greene to a 1 year term.

2-      Doyline Fire Protection District # 3  Appoint Lyle Miller Jr. to fill the unexpired term of Bob Chandler.

3-      Webster Parish Tourism and Visitors Commission – Board appointments for 2010.

4-      Webster Parish Library Board of Control- Re-appointment of Linda Watson for a 5 year term to expire 2014.

9.      Resolutions- LA DOTD for Community Services

a.       LA DOTD  grant under 49 CFR 5311 –Operation

b.       LA DOTD grant under 49 CFR 5311 – Capital

10.   Approve extension of 2-year contract with IBTS to Administer the Building Code Office of the Webster Parish Police Jury and to appoint IBTS as the Parish’s main Building Inspector for the term of the contract to expire 12/31/2011.

11.   Advertise for a public hearing to hear comments concerning the adoption of a Storm Water Discharge Ordinance for Webster Parish.

12.   Resolution- Louisiana Compliance of Audit Engagement for Allen, Green, and Williamson CPA and appointment of Jamison, Wise, and Martin CPA for CPA/Audit compliance for WPPJ Financials.
