PUBLIC HEARING:  The hear comments and/or objections concerning the amendment and expansion of the boundaries of the Shongaloo Fire Protection District #9 of Webster Parish, Louisiana.

PUBLIC HEARING;  The hear comments concerning the Condemnation of property that is adjacent to 6344 Hwy 531 Heflin, Louisiana - Property assess to Olice Ceil Beaner Gibson. An unoccupied property.

1. Addittions to the Agenda
2. Adopt the Minuted from the August 3, 2010 Administrative committee, Road Committee, and Regular Meeting of the Webster Pairsh Police Jury; the Minutes from the August 9, 2010 Intergovernmental Committee Meeting; and the Minutes from the August 16, 2010 Intergovernmental Comittee Meeting.
3. Approve invoices for payment: Thursday, September 9, 2010 (Jerri Lee, Jim Bonsall, Jimmy Thomas)
4. Human Health Service District - Russell Semon and Mrs. Mary Ann Shaw
5. Bob McDaniel, Claiborn Parish Police Jury - Severance Tax Proposition.
6. Appointment to the Board of the Webster Parish Convention and Visitor's Bureau to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. E Jay Colvin that will expire on December 31, 2011: Mrs. Mary McKinney, Sibley
7. To adopt Webster Paish Ordinance #995 to amend and expand the boundaries of the Shongaloo Fire Protection District #9 and to confirm the corporate powers of the Distrct and providing for other matters.
8. To adopt Webster Parish Ordinance #994 Amended - Heavy Equipment and Commercial Vehicle use in Webster Parish.
9. To ace on the Condemnation Repor (July 6, 2010) of the Johnson Property lacated at 1664 Fuller Road.
10. To take action on the proposed Condemnation of the Gibson Property located on LA 531.

    1. Webster Parish Fire District #6 Cullen - To appoint Billy B. Smith to serve the vacancy created by the appointment of Kenneth Garrett to Chairman of the board.
