3.     Adopt the minutes from the July 2, 2013 Intergovernmental Committee Meeting, the July 2, 2013 Road Committee Meeting, the July 2, 2013 Regular Meeting, and the July 15, 2013 Special Meeting.

4.    Approve invoices for payment:  Friday, August 9, 2013:  Randy Thomas, Daniel Thomas, and Charles Walker.

5.     2012 Financial Audit Report of the Webster Parish Police Jury, Margie Williamson, CPA; Allen, Green, and Williamson, CPA

6.     Carlos Irizarri, Webster Parish Coroner.

        A- Sarepta Adjudicated Property—WP Parcel# 122937- 24986 Hwy 371, Sarepta, LA

                       1- Fill abandoned well located on property

                       2- Surplus and add to list to be sold at sealed bid on September 6, 2013

        B- McCary Road, 20 MPH Speed Limit end to end, District #11

        C- Resolution – Village of Heflin to resurface Carey Lane- Municipality funding

        D- George Thomas Road, “Speed Limit” signs and “Watch for Children” signage – District #3

        E- Bob White Loop – 15 MPH Speed Limit and “Watch for Children” Sign – District #12

        F- Jess Easley Trail – District A funding, Asphalt the dirt section.  – District #6

        G- Haynes Road – 2- Shot surfacing – District 4

8.     Springhill Fire District # 11 Board Appointments:

        Vickie Kinchen to replace Bryan Montgomery

        Tanya Capps to replace Joey Motondo

9- Approve Recreational Funding:

        A- District # 11- Approve $872.42 for the Town of Heflin           - repairs to Heflin ball field

        B- District # 3 – Approve $773.00 for the Town of Sarepta        - purchase a stove for the Community House.
