PUBLIC HEARING:  10:30 A.M. ----  To hear comments concerning the adoption of Webster Parish Ordinance #1011, Adopting the merger of precincts and redefining the territorial limits of precincts and polling places in Webster Parish in compliance with RS 18:532B

PUBLIC HEARING:    To hear comments concerning the adoption of millages of the Webster Parish Police Jury for 2014.

        12.   Webster Parish Board Appointments

A.  Webster Parish Fire District #12, Heflin:  To reappoint Mr. Joe Robinson and Mr. Scott Mizell for two year terms – Expire 5/2016

B.  Webster Parish Fire District # 6, Cullen:  To appoint Katie Mosley as Secretary/Treasurer to replace Kathy B. Vines, pending 6/10/2014 FPD#6 Board Meeting.

4.    Adopt the minutes from the May 6, 2014 Administrative Committee Meeting  and Road Committee Meeting, and the May 6, 2014 Public Hearing and Regular Meeting.

6.    Approve the millage rates for the Webster Parish Police Jury as presented.

7.     Adopt Webster Parish Ordinance #1011 which merges the precincts and polling places in compliance with RS 18:532B.

8.    Approve the bid for Legal Journal to be opened June 9, 2014 at 2:00 upon legal review.

9.    Approve Resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the result of special election held on May 3, 2014- Library Tax Election.

10.  Approve Recreational Funding:

       a- District #5                       $400.00                Toward purchase of parking stops at Head Start- Cotton Valley.

11.   Approve expenses in Courtroom, Law Library, and Judges Suite.
