 3.    Adopt the minutes from the January 11, 2016 Regular Meeting.

4.    Approve invoices for payment:   Wednesday, February 10, 2016. 

       Vera Davison, Allen Gilbert, and Bruce Blanton.

5.     Cullen Railroad Museum (Webster Parish Railroad Museum) discussion.

 6.    Secure services of architect for the Courthouse Annex project and to move forward with plans for the Annex.

7.     Board Appointments:

       a.  Cullen Fire Protection District #6 request the reappointment of Mr. Michael S. Lawler, Board Member of the Cullen Fire        Protection District #6.

b.  Webster Fire Protection District #4, Dubberly request the reappointment of Mr. Paul Donaubauer to a two year term.

 8.    Recreational Funding

       a.  District #2       $316.00 to purchase a TV Stand, microwave, and small refrigerator for the Cullen Senior Center.

                                   $600.00  to purchase a Cut off Saw for the Springhill Fire Department.

        b.  District #1        $600.00 to purchase a Cut off Saw for the Springhill Fire Department

9.   Cooperative Endeavor, U.S. Forestry – Roads

10.    To ratify action taken to approve the 2016 Budget of the Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services .

11.     To approve the engagement of Allen Green and Williamson to perform audit of the 2015 financials of the Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services.
