The Webster Parish Public Works Department has sandbags available at the Self Service locations listed below. They are only open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during flooding events when directed by the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. There is a limit of 15 bags per household to be sure everyone has access.
